Getting Started


Consultation Call

We will schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone or telehealth call to get to know one another. During this call, we will discuss the areas that you want to work on together and decide how we want to move forward with therapy. If we decide that we’re a good match, then we will schedule your first session at the end of the call. If you need time to think about if this is right for you, or decide that you don’t want to continue, that’s OK! I will be here to support whatever choice is best for you!


Initial Session

During our initial session, we will go more in-depth on the areas of your life that you want to work on. We will come up with a few strategies that you can begin working with immediately to see how you feel.  


Moving Forward

The next part is up to you! You may feel that one session is enough to give you the tools that you need, or you may want to have additional sessions to strengthen your skills and knowledge. You and I will work together to decide what is the right path for you to take along the way.
